osConcert has the option of providing online printable PDF seat tickets. (E-Ticket with Concert Name, Venue, Date, Price etc FULL VERSION Supplied when you buy a seat plan)

Customers can access the PDF Tickets at checkout confirmation or directlty at their account they made when they registered to purchase seat tickets.This link is also sent with their order details in the order confirmation email.

Tickets details can be edited using a template in 'Admin'. It will be printable black text of a background image - type png, jpg, and gif file.

Each ticket can have a unique reference ID identifying the actual order, name of customer and 128 Barcoded (also) with reference to customer, order and seat ID.

Presuming your customers have access to printing and preferably a laser printer this is a big advantage to your business. A sure way to save time and money if customers accept the advantages of E-Tickets.

About 'Payment Systems'

osConcert can be used with most popular Payment Systems including PayPal Credit Cards, Authorizenet SIM and AIM (USA), SagePay (UK), Beanstream (CANADA)

NOTE: When using PayPal Credit Cards and using Instant Payment Notification (IPN), reserving seats is very different to buying products in a shop.
Seats are noted as only '1' product in stock. Reserving a seat without instant payment will mean following up payment confrmation for Cheque/Money Order, Bank Transfer and Cash options while seats remain unavailable to the public. If payment is never confirmed the Administrator will have the option to make the seat available in the 'Seat Plan' by activating 'In Stock' rather than 'Out of Stock'.

osConcert can be used as Reservation Only with no payment systems in place. Visitors can be contacted later to arrange payment for shows far in advance.A perfect way to manage event reservation over and over again at low cost.
